- No. You must book the trainer through the Alto platform. Using the Alto platform creates the convenience of never having to exchange money or to remember your credit card for a workout.

- All trainers are fully background checked and are fully vetted by Alto. All certifications are verified. We suggest that you meet the trainer in a public location or use one of Alto’s partner gym locations if you are hesitant about having a new trainer come to your home. Or try a virtual session or two to make sure you feel comfortable, before meeting in person.

The trainer is not obligated to give the client extra time if they are late.
- Can I get a refund?
- There are no refunds for services already rendered. All money purchased and placed in your Wallet expire 3 months after purchase. If a trainer cancels last minute, you will be refunded for the session.
